Congratulations to 3rd grade student Addalyn Shingara who was the Grand Prize Winner of the Storytellers Program hosted by the Upper Dauphin Sentinel and Mid Penn Bank.  Addalyn’s published story was entitled; “If I Were Principal For A Day”.
