Calendar Tutorial

The calendar on this page initially displays events for the District and all schools. Each school is color coded; District Wide events are colored GREEN; High School / Middle School events are colored BLUE; and Elementary events are colored GOLD. United States Holidays are coded in RED.

Click on any of the arrows to scroll through the months or to choose a specific month and year. In the upper right of the screen, you may choose a weekly or monthly view, or you can choose the agenda view which will show you upcoming events.

Finally, if you only wish to view one of the calendars, simply click on the DROP DOWN ARROW which sits next to the word AGENDA. Here you can uncheck the buildings you do not wish to view. For example, if you only want to see only ELEMENTARY SCHOOL events, UNCHECK the HIGH SCHOOL/MIDDLE SCHOOL box and all those events will be temporarily removed from the calendar. You should always leave the DISTRICT calendar checked as that calendar includes events that are district wide and not building specific. Click on the drop down arrow a second time to close the popup window.
