Office 365 Information

In order to continue the education of your children, the Line Mountain school district has rolled out an online learning platform named Microsoft Teams.  The faculty and technology department are busy working on their distance learning programs to roll out to students in the coming days.  The system is currently LIVE and students are encouraged to log on to https://www.office.com and familiarize themselves with the dashboard they will be using.

All students in grades K through 12 have logon credentials by using their email address and network password.  The student’s email address is their network logon followed by @linemountain.com For example: username99@linemountain.com

The student’s password, by default, is their 5-digit student ID.  Once a student logs onto Office 365, they will be presented with eMail (Outlook), Word, Excel, OneDrive for file storage, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.

Students should run the TEAMS app and view their TEAMS which they have been assigned to.  Once in the TEAM application, students are free to move around the system to view the message boards, file downloads, assignments, etc.

Again, students are encouraged to access the system on a daily basis for instructions from teachers beginning the week of April 6th.

The Microsoft Teams desktop application can also be downloaded to a windows computer,  and can also be installed on IOS and Android devices.  Simply use a search engine and search for MICROSOFT TEAMS DESKTOP APP
