Fall Sports Registration

2026-2027 FALL SPORTS REGISTRATION AND SIGN UPS

All sports registrations and required forms must be completed online through Arbiter.

Please note: – NO hard copies of physicals or other paperwork will be accepted.

– If your child completed their sports physical at Line Mountain HS on May 4, you still need to complete the online registration process, however our athletic trainer will upload Section 6 of your child’s physical.

– All sports physicals for the 2026-2027 school year must be completed on the PIAA Physical Form and after May 1, 2026. Please make sure you take all sections of the form with you to the doctor’s office. PIAA Physical Form:

Key Dates: All required paperwork must be submitted and approved through Arbiter BEFORE the dates listed below:

Football – Mandatory Heat Acclimatization: Monday, August 10
Field Hockey, Soccer, Cheer, & JH Softball: Monday, August 17
Winter Sports (Basketball & Wrestling): Friday, November 20 (registration not open yet)
Spring Sports (Baseball, Softball, JH Soccer, & JH Field Hockey): Monday, March 8 (registration not open yet)

Please follow the steps below to complete your registration and ensure your student-athlete is eligible for participation for the first day of preseason:

1. Create an Arbiter Registration account. (Only one account is needed per family.)
2. Activate your Arbiter Registration account using the activation link automatically sent to your email address. (Note: This email may go to your junk/spam folder so please check there!)
3. If you experience difficulty creating your account, receiving the activation email, or logging in, please contact Arbiter Support at registration@arbitersports.com or call 800-311-4060.
4. Once your account has been created and activated, complete your registration using the link below (scroll to the bottom of the page to Programs). https://students.arbitersports.com/organizations/line-mountain-middle-high-school
5. Please be sure to hit the “SUBMIT” button after completing the online forms or the registration will not finalize in the system.
6. Once registration is complete, you will receive an email confirmation indicating we have received your submission. Student-athletes MUST be registered and approved through Arbiter in order to participate.
